Biography:
Amin Beiranvand Pour is a leading scientist and internationally established researcher in the field of geological and environmental remote sensing. He was listed among the World’s Top 2% Scientists by Stanford University for the years 2019-2023. He is Co-Founder and Team Lead in ScanMiner Solutions. He is one of the highly cited researchers in the field of geological remote sensing in the world (ranked 2 in Google Scholar). He has ranked 1 among Top Scientists for year 2023 in Earth Science in Malaysia. He has a full academic background in remote sensing, geology, mineral exploration and environmental sciences. He was project Leader of numerous remote sensing research projects using multispectral and hyperspectral sensors for geological mapping, mineral exploration, environmental modelling and monitoring. His experience ranges widely, from geological mapping toenvironmental issues such as lithological and structural mapping, mineral exploration, environmental monitoring and modelling, geo-hazard, geothermal mapping, geomorphic and coastal geology investigations. He has published more than 200 research papers and 5 books in the field of geological remote sensing, mineral exploration and geohazard modeling.

Chen Shuanghua is a distinguished senior engineer and professor with a specialization in geophysics, having graduated from China University of Mining and Technology in 1993. He earned his Master’s degree in Engineering in 2002 and has dedicated his career to geological exploration and natural resource management. Recognized for his contributions to the field,Dr.Chen received the Advanced Individual Award from the Henan Provincial Department of Land Resources in 2006 and was honored as a Young Scientific Expert in 2010. His expertise led to appointments as a technical reviewer for provincial geological projects and membership in several key research centers. Throughout his career, he has led and participated in over 100 geological research and exploration projects. Dr.Chen has been awarded numerous accolades, including two Second-Class National Science and Technology Progress Awards and multiple First-Class awards from the China Coal Industry Association for his outstanding geological reports. His commitment to advancing geological studies continues to have a significant impact on the field.

Dr Manoj Khandelwal is an Associate Professor and Undergraduate and Postgraduate Program Coordinator of mining engineering at Federation University Australia and is an Australian Endeavour Fellow. Before joining Federation University Australia, Dr Khandelwal worked as an Assistant Professor of mining engineering at Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture & Technology, India. Dr Khandelwal was a postdoctoral researcher at Monash University, Australia and a Senior Research Fellow at the Central Institute of Mining & Fuel Research, Dhanbad, India. Dr. Zhao has been engaged in research for a long time in areas such as unsaturated zone hydrogeology and hydrogeophysics, primarily utilizing integrated geophysical techniques to study water movement in the unsaturated zone, lithology identification, and site contamination investigation. He is a member of the International Association of Hydrogeologists (IAH). He has led and completed 4 national and provincial projects, with a total research funding exceeding 3 million yuan. He has authored more than 10 research papers, including 1 indexed by SCI and 1 indexed by EI, with most of the others published in core national journals. He also published 1 monograph, obtained 5 authorized patents, and registered 3 software copyrights
